Return Eligibility

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Free Returns

We do not charge return shipping fees.
If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by Nexus Home Goods.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank

Original shipping times are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to process the claim quickly.
In these cases, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Please check with your bank or credit card provider

  • Then contact us for further assistance


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For other exchange requests, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
