Order Processing Time

We dispatch orders within up to 3 business days.
Whenever possible, we strive to ship orders within 24 hours.

The daily cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders typically take 7 to 15 business days to be delivered.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays or operational issues with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Free Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no shipping fees charged.
In addition, returns are also free, with no additional costs for return shipping.
